These Terms of Use govern your use of the Token Range iOS app. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
the app
Token Range is an independent iOS utility that displays usage, rate-limit, and reset information from the AI providers you choose to connect. It may also provide widgets, locally scheduled notifications, themes, and a locally observed quota-history view.
Token Range is published by Oluwaseye Soyele. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or a representative of Anthropic, OpenAI, Anysphere, xAI, Google, or any other connected provider. Provider names and marks identify compatible services only.
your provider accounts
You may connect only accounts that you are authorized to use. You remain responsible for your provider accounts and for complying with each provider's terms, acceptable-use rules, subscription requirements, and applicable law. Token Range does not create, administer, or control those accounts.
Provider authentication and usage requests are made directly between your device and the provider. A provider may change, restrict, suspend, or discontinue an API, quota, sign-in flow, or account. Those actions are controlled solely by that provider.
accuracy and availability
Usage figures, limits, resets, and projections are informational. They reflect information made available by the connected provider and may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or changed without notice. Widgets and background refreshes are also subject to iOS scheduling. Always rely on the provider's own product for account decisions, billing, or authoritative usage information.
lifetime pro purchase
Token Range is free to download. Lifetime Pro is an optional, one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks the paid features shown in the app. Prices are displayed by Apple before purchase and may vary by storefront or tax rules. Payment, billing, refunds, and restore-purchase requests are handled by Apple under Apple's applicable terms and policies. Token Range does not offer a subscription.
acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the app in violation of law, these terms, or a connected provider's terms;
- interfere with, disable, or attempt to circumvent the app's security, entitlement, or connection features;
- reverse engineer, copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the app except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
- misrepresent Token Range as an official product of a provider.
disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Token Range is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, compatible with every provider, or available at a particular time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Token Range and its publisher will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss resulting from a provider's actions or from reliance on usage information shown in the app. If a limitation is not permitted by law, it applies only to the extent allowed.
apple's standard licence
Token Range is also licensed under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to App Store apps. Where that agreement and these terms conflict, Apple's agreement controls.
privacy
The Privacy Policy explains how the app handles local device data, provider connections, and purchases.
changes and termination
We may update the app or these terms to reflect product, provider, legal, or security changes. The current terms will be posted here with an updated effective date. We may suspend or end access to app features where necessary to protect the app, comply with law, or respond to a provider change. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it and disconnecting your provider accounts.
