Token Range for iOS 17 and later

support@tokenrange.app

One developer reads this. Expect a reply within two business days. Include your iOS version, your Token Range version (Settings, at the bottom), and which provider is misbehaving.

common questions

A provider will not connect.
  1. Confirm you can sign in to that provider in Safari on the same device. Token Range uses the provider's own sign-in page, so if that page fails, the connection cannot succeed.
  2. In Settings, disconnect the provider and connect it again. Sign-in tokens expire and a stale one cannot always refresh itself.
  3. If your account uses SSO through an employer, the provider may block third-party sign-in entirely. That restriction sits with the provider.
My widget shows an older percentage than the app.

This is expected, and the widget says so. iOS decides when a widget may refresh, and it will not wake an app on demand. The countdown to your next reset keeps ticking on its own, but the percentage is only as fresh as the last time the app refreshed. Open Token Range, or tap refresh, and the widget catches up.

I paid for Lifetime Pro but the app still looks locked.

Open Settings and tap Restore purchases. Purchases are tied to the Apple ID that bought them, so check you are signed into that same Apple ID. If it still does not unlock, email your App Store receipt and it will be sorted out.

Is Lifetime Pro a subscription?

No. It is one payment of $9.99 and it does not renew. There is no monthly or yearly plan and there is no plan to add one.

What happens to my credentials?

They are written to the iOS Keychain on your device and are sent only to the provider that issued them. There is no Token Range server, no account, and no analytics. Full detail is in the privacy policy.

Why are the numbers percentages instead of tokens or dollars?

Because that is what the providers actually return. Their endpoints report how much of a limit window remains and when it resets, not token counts or spend. Token Range shows what is real and does not estimate the rest.

My history is empty.

Tracking starts the day you connect. History is never backfilled or invented, so a new install genuinely has nothing to show yet.

How do I delete my data?

Delete the app. That removes the Keychain credentials and all local data. Nothing is held anywhere else, so nothing else needs erasing.

Where are Grok and Antigravity?

Not in this version. They are listed as coming soon rather than shipped half-working.

bugs and requests

Both go to the same address. A bug report gets fixed faster with the steps you took, what you expected, and what happened instead. Feature requests are read and genuinely do shape what gets built.

not affiliated

Token Range is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, OpenAI, Anysphere, Google, or xAI. Provider names identify the services you choose to connect and remain the trademarks of their owners. If a provider changes how its usage data works, Token Range can break through no fault of yours — that is the honest risk of this category, and fixes ship as fast as they can be written.

refunds

Purchases run through Apple, so refunds do too. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and pick the purchase. The developer cannot issue an App Store refund directly. If something is broken, email first and it may not need one.
